Initial screening is free. Paying the review fee does not guarantee acceptance. The first issue and submissions received before the effective date are exempt. Publication fees are requested only after final acceptance.

The review fee is requested once per submission; revised versions of the same submission do not incur another review fee.
Transfer funds only after a payment request appears in your account. Check its amount and bank details before paying. Do not transfer funds for the first issue.
Bank transfer and receipt submission; payment is confirmed after the journal manager checks the transfer.
This acknowledgement confirms receipt of your information, not verification of the bank transfer.
Receipt files are accessible only to authors with access to the submission and the journal manager. Do not include card PINs, security codes or unnecessary account information. Contact the editorial office about transfer errors or refunds before taking further action.
