Fees and Payment
Sokhanfam Quarterly does not currently collect article fees. Payment infrastructure is being prepared for possible future use, but until an official announcement is made by the journal, submission, review, and editorial decisions are not tied to online payment.
Possible Payment Stage
If fees are enabled in the future, payment will only be requested after article acceptance and before final publication.
Planned Methods
Possible future methods include Rial payment through Zibal after eNamad and gateway approval, international payment in USD or EUR if a valid account becomes available, and manual USDT-TRC20 payment after journal manager verification.
Payment Validity
No payment is valid unless it is shown clearly in the journal system and confirmed by the journal.
