Sokhanfam Quarterly publishes research articles, review articles, and book reviews in education, literature, and foreign languages. Submissions follow a double-blind review workflow, and the publication structure is prepared for article PDF and XML/JATS files.

The manuscript is reviewed without identifying author information to support independent scholarly evaluation.
The metadata structure is prepared for DOI and Crossref activation after the formal registration steps are completed.
Articles can be published with PDF files and structured XML/JATS full text on the article page.
